Terms of Service

By accessing or using the TacNex Technologies website, Command Nexus platform, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including organizations evaluating, purchasing, or operating our software and certification programs.

TacNex Technologies ("TacNex," "we," "our") operates the Command Nexus operations suite, a modular platform comprising compliance management, knowledge management, CRM, project delivery, and design tools built for secure environments.

TacNex also operates ISAM (In-Space Assemblage and Manufacturing) certification programs, providing workforce development and credentialing for space operations personnel.

Our services may be deployed on-premises, in air-gapped environments, or through managed infrastructure depending on your subscription and deployment configuration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify TacNex immediately of any unauthorized use.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their deployment. TacNex reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep that information current.

All software, documentation, training materials, certification content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with TacNex products and services are owned by Tactical Nexus Technologies, LLC.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with your service agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our products.

Content you create and store within Command Nexus remains your property. TacNex does not claim ownership of your data.

TacNex Technologies provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TacNex in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TacNex Technologies maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
